Procedure

In the main kettle, add and mix phase A until uniform. In a side kettle, add and mix phase B. Heat to 45-50°C until the solid sunscreen is fully incorporated. Cool to room temperature. Sprinkle in Pemulen TR-2 into phase B under the homogenizer. Mix until the polymer is dispersed and homogeneous in the oil. Put phase A under the homogenizer and slowly add phase B into Phase A with moderate speed under the homogenizer (2,500 rpm for 20 minutes). Neutralize the batch with triethanolamine-99% and mix until uniform. Add phase E and mix until uniform. Adjust the pH to 6.5 -7.0 with phase F. Drop the batch.
